About Dream Builders WS
Robert has been dedicated to building homes in Winston Salem for 31 years, starting back in college at UNC Chapel Hill, when he drove home on weekends to build his first homes. He has built in premiere developments such as Mill House Place, Camelot, Woodgrove, Sherwood Forest, Country Club Estates, James Way, Bermuda Run West, The Hamptons, and Graylyn Place. Robert’s homes are spacious and highly functional, with quality materials throughout. Most unique about Robert, though, is his ability to optimize a site plan, building with the future homeowners’ needs in mind.
His wife Kristin is a realtor for Leonard Ryden Burr, with an interior design degree. Both life-long Winston Salem residents, they collaborate on a number of projects, including 8 personal homes in their 25 years of marriage. They have worked with many clients in their combined 50+ years of experience, so they understand homeowners’ needs. Robert enjoys playing golf, traveling, and eating lunch with Kristin and their three sons. He is very excited to be on the selected builder team for The Arbors at Meadowlark, and his first project there is currently underway.
